Ingredients:
3 cl brandy
1 portion espresso
2 spoons sugar

Preparation:
Add a spoon of sugar into the brandy, the mixture is caramelized with the help of vapour pipe. Add the mixture into the coffee cup, add espresso and use whipped cream for decor.
